3, 2010  Picher and Neutral, OK and KS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>We had time to kill in between systems, so we poked around Picher, OK.\u00a0 Much of Picher was thrashed by a large tornado on May 10, 2008.\u00a0 The town was in a steep decline anyway because of contaminated ground water, and had been ordered evacuated by the government years prior.\u00a0 After our look at Picher, we moseyed north into Kansas and found Neutral, a place that is barely a place.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/stormbruiser.com\/chase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/07\/10May03_Picher_OK_1388.jpg\"><img
