May 27, 2008 Willow, OK Stormus Dissipatus

With hopes at a modest level at best, we scooted west into western OK as thunderstorms developed.  A couple of updrafts looked good briefly, but were unable to really crank.  By late afternoon we were in perfect position just east of an updraft near Willow, OK.  The updraft completely dissipated in about five minutes, leaving just a swath of precipitation in the sky.
