May 3, 2010 Picher and Neutral, OK and KS

We had time to kill in between systems, so we poked around Picher, OK.  Much of Picher was thrashed by a large tornado on May 10, 2008.  The town was in a steep decline anyway because of contaminated ground water, and had been ordered evacuated by the government years prior.  After our look at Picher, we moseyed north into Kansas and found Neutral, a place that is barely a place.
