We pinned our hopes today on something strong emerging from the foothills near Raton, NM. Afternoon turned into evening, and junky cells refused to budge off of the higher terrain west of I-25. I didn’t even get my camera out for these pathetic “storms”.
I became disgusted and headed to Model, CO, to look at the junk lying around. From there I think we headed north to rooms in Stratton, CO, along I-70.
