In Nicktown on San Nicolas Island is a medium-old bowling alley. Maybe it was constructed in the 1970s. It hasn’t been in use since I came on the scene here a few years ago, as far as I know. It is still in relatively good shape, and it looks like someone wants to get it up and running again, as there are big flat-screen monitors along the lanes to be used for showing the scoring, eventually, and presumably. On this day a buddy was doing some cleanup work inside, and he let me poke around with the camera. You also get to see some yellow flowers. I bet there aren’t many yellow flowers just outside of your bowling alley.
