and we were starting in the Nebraska Panhandle. \u00a0Since tornado potential was extremely low to our south due to marginal moisture, and since the Day Two forecast showed that we needed to be near the Black Hills of southwestern South Dakota, it made little sense to head to eastern New Mexico today for the slight risk. \u00a0We hoped for something interesting in southeastern Wyoming, and wound
