Start: McCook/lunch: Oakley fast food/End: Liberal/387 miles
We put ourselves along an obvious boundary in southwest Kansas, and watched some vigorous convection initiate near Garden City. This stuff was high-based a bit and then rather disorganized, but there was a weak dusty tornado nearby.
We stayed on the south side of a big complex of storms and had some decent structure near Forgan in the Oklahoma Panhandle around sunset.
