Start: Denver/lunch: Arbys in Cheyenne/End: Holyoke/405 miles

This was a rather low-end chase day for the start of Tour 7. We played with run-of-the-mill stuff from Chugwater to LaGrange and Kimball, then farther south, west of Sterling for a pretty and colorful sunset with some lightning. Someone saw a dust whirl near Raymer and a tornado warning was issued. We had a rather impressive lightning show east of Sterling at dusk on the way to Holyoke for the night.
