Start: Valley Park, MO/lunch: Poplar Bluff McDonalds/End: Hope, AR/517 miles
Another chase day in the trees with seemingly a decent tornado chance wound up a dud. Storms in Arkansas developed rather early, there was little or no sunshine, and the storms looked poorly organized for the most part. We got in front a tornado-warned storm near Cash and Credit, Arkansas. It had some low-level structure but was not much of a tornado candidate. Once the rainy mess passed through, we made our way west and watched another cell at sunset near Hope, AR.
