When large hail began to bombard us in Seminole, we dashed east to safety and waited near Patricia. This afforded a great view of the storm updraft to the west. The storm produced a nice tornado just to our north, but it was rain-wrapped and obscured from our location south of Patricia (near the Martin and Dawson county line). The very nice views of the storm near sunset were from northeastern Martin County, northwest of Big Spring.
