February 26, 2012 Semi Disaster Update

Here is my sad story.  I am in the process of moving —- from my Via Colinas condo to a yet-to-be-determined place in or near Westlake Village.   I moved out two days ago and I’m staying at my sister’s place in Calabasas.   I cancelled my Internet and cable account with Time Warner Cable…and today, I can’t log in to my roadrunner e-mail account.  It got totally thrown out and deleted when all of that other stuff was terminated.  Obviously, it didn’t occur to me that my e-mail account and all of my saved e-mails and mailbox address book would disappear when I did this —- and Time Warner Cable did not warn me about this.

Fortunately, I have an e-mail account with the good folks at HostGator, which hosts this web site.  The ONLY way to contact me by e-mail now is by using this e-mail address:

The wmreid@roadrunner address is totally DEAD!!

Please notify everyone in the world of this.  Maybe something like this will get me on Facebook —- aaargh.
